FLYTELine Models are
produced from the finest grades of Philippine Mahogany wood. As
customers present a production order, each model is started from raw
mahogany wood. It is totally hand carved by master craftsmen who are
among the best in the business. Under their skilled ability and tools
your model begins to take shape. It will undergo a sanding and putty
process before being turned over to the artist. Primed, the artist will
work from photographs or artwork you supply to bring your model to
life. Once painted the model will be covered with a protective coating
and set to dry. Due to humidity factors in the Philippines the time
required for this process will vary dependent upon the seasonal
climate. Regardless if your model is a display at home desktop model,
or if it's 3 feet in size for a corporate display, our skilled
craftsmen can do the job for you.
